Arrival is possible from 3 pm and departure until 11 am.

Reception opening hours in the café:
Monday to Sunday and on public holidays between 9 am and 5 pm. After this time, keys are handed out through the key box (please note opening times in the high and low season).

High and low season
April – October; Tuesday to Sunday and on public holidays (except Monday)
November – March – after that and on Mondays (November – March) keys are handed out through the key box.

Our à la carte breakfast is not offered in the low season. Please contact us for check-in.

NOTE:
Events in front of the hotel
The Koblenz Christmas Market will take place from November 20 to December 22, 2026 in the historic old town, including at the Jesuitenplatz right in front of the hotel.
